What's been happening
I have had busy summer this year. Almost too busy to post what I have been doing. I'm thinking of changing how I was start posting. So I'm going to change it up a little. I'm thinking along lines of themes. From Start to finish in unique projects that I have made
Roughly my projects take between a week to two weeks to complete. Some range from big ones, like bunk beds, to small ones like cup holders.
Mudroom Bench (White) - video
This was one of a few build in benches that I have made. This require a little extra time to complete because that other than the standard building process, before final sanding and finishing, I have to dry fit to make sure it will fit just right.

Murphy Bed (provincial) - simple trim, standard
This was another huge project which in this case took a little extra time. For this design I found something that I had to adjust. Standard murphy beds mount flush against the wall. This was going into a basement room with a ledge. Well I had to add roughly 8" filler strips to the back of the sides and the top support. This required two trips are part of the install because I had to trim off about 1/2" to 3/4" to fit snug against the wall and trim features. The main reason for the second trip was because my saw died as half way through the fitting process.
